Slightly nuttier in taste to Chia Egg and smoother in texture, Flax Egg is a great alternative if you’re not a fan of the texture of Chia seeds.
If you’re looking for a lighter egg replacement than a Chia Egg, then Flax Egg is the way to go.
High in Omega 3, Flax seeds MUST be ground to release the nutrients.
Ingredients
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 tbsp water
Method
Mix flax seeds and water and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before adding to your recipe.
