We also offer dedicated perimenopause and menopause support, helping women understand their symptoms, create their own personalised pathway, and feel more empowered during this stage of life.

Core Nutrition and Coaching was founded with one clear goal: to provide personalised health and wellness services that make a real difference.
My approach is all about you, ensuring every client receives tailored nutrition and lifestyle support that fits their individual needs and goals.
I work with both men and women to improve their health, manage their weight, increase their energy levels and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing. I also have a special interest in women's health and menopause, helping women navigate midlife with confidence through evidence-based nutrition and practical lifestyle strategies.
Based in West Sussex, I work with clients both locally and across the UK. While meeting in person is always welcome, online consultations make it easy to access support wherever you're based.
